Basic information

 The locomotor system consists in five fases that produce movement:

-first the stimulus

-second the reception of the stimulus

-then the answer of the nervous system

-next the nerves send the answer

-and at the end the muscles, bones and joints do it


The locomotor system is made of muscles and bones and there are diferent types of each other:

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. Plantar fasciitis involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of each foot and connects the heel bone to the toes, known as plantar fascia. Muscular fatigue

You can develop muscle fatigue after exercise, but you can also develop it due to some medications or health conditions like anemia, dehydration, depression, and hepatitis C, among others. At the start of exercising or when performing tasks, your muscles feel strong and resilient. However, over time and after repeating movements, your muscles may begin to feel weaker and tired. It decreases your muscles’ ability to perform over time. It can be associated with a state of exhaustion. When you experience fatigue, the force behind your muscles’ movements decrease, causing you to feel weaker.
